WOD = Workout of the Day
A mix of strength, skill, and conditioning designed to improve all-round fitness. Every session is coach-led and scalable for all levels, so whether you’re new to training or an experienced athlete, you’ll get a challenging, effective workout in a supportive group environment.
Barbell
A focused skill and technique class dedicated to improving your Olympic lifts.
Coached Free Play
Skills, Tricks & Tips session
Practice any skills you’re working on with a coach on hand to help you.
ATHX
A conditioning class designed to improve engine, stamina and work capacity. All workouts are scalable, so you can train at your own level while still being pushed to progress.

Strong As A Mother
A mum and baby class suitable from 6+ weeks postpartum. Designed to support bodies that have been through pregnancy to return to exercise in a safe, supportive environment. Babies are welcome, and all movements are coached to help you rebuild strength, confidence and control at your own pace.

Endurance
A longer-style workout designed to challenge your stamina, pacing, and teamwork. Expect extended conditioning pieces that test both your aerobic capacity and mental grit. Sometimes solo, sometimes with a partner or team. Each session varies, participants should have some CrossFit experience and a reasonable level of fitness before booking on.
